The opportunity:
As Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational leadership of all facilities and presentation services across Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
This includes grounds maintenance, landscaping, grounds, painting, carpentry, concreting, plumbing, air conditioning, and building presentation.
You will set consistent visual and brand standards, drive efficiency and compliance, and ensure our guests experience our parks at their absolute best, every day.

Your day to day:
• Develop and implement the group-wide facilities & presentation strategy
• Lead multi-year maintenance and improvement programs across multiple sites
• Manage multi-million-dollar operational and capital budgets
• Oversee quality control, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance
• Identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and government bodies
• Lead, mentor, and support site facilities teams
• Drive a collaborative, safety-focused, and high-performance culture

What you’ll bring:
• Senior leadership experience in facilities, asset management, or related field — preferably across multiple sites or large-scale operations
• Proven strategic planning skills with the ability to deliver operational excellence
• Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and procurement
• Strong knowledge of building presentation disciplines, trades, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Expertise in contractor management, tendering, and supplier negotiation
• Relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in facilities management, construction, or related field
• Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel between sites
• Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and exceptional guest service
