About the Role 

The Grounds Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring school grounds are safe, clean and well-presented. This role involves general landscaping, lawn care, minor repairs, and maintaining outdoor areas to support a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping or maintenance, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an understanding of workplace health and safety. Working both independently and as part of a team, the Grounds Maintenance Officer will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained space for students, staff, and visitors.
