St John Paul II College (JPC) is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school serving families in the north of Canberra. The College Technical Support Lead oversees the operational performance of our ICT systems and networks. In this key role, you will lead a small, efficient ICT team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely technical support to both staff and students. You will collaborate closely with the CECG ICT Team, managing the daily ICT operations and providing effective leadership to the service delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute strategically to the College's ICT services and drive continuous improvement in support operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Current ITIL Foundation certification.
- Certified in or willingness to become certified in MS-900, AZ-900 and SC-900 fundamental Microsoft Certifications.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Driver’s License.
