About the Role  

The Technical Support Lead supports the Service Delivery Manager in leading and managing the workload of a team of customer centric Technical Support Officers. This position ensures the provision of high quality and timely technical support to staff and students across the archdiocese.  The Technical Support Lead oversees the daily operations of the service delivery function, providing leadership and support the service delivery team.

The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to Schools and ELCs. The CEO includes seven Service Areas: Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology, and People and Culture.

Qualifications  

  • Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
  • Current ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Certified in or willingness to become certified in MS-900, AZ-900 and SC-900 fundamental Microsoft Certifications.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
  • Driver’s Licence.
