About the Role   

The Classroom Teacher fosters a learning environment where every student can thrive. Using evidence-based teaching strategies and curriculum-aligned resources, teachers design and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. The role involves regularly assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records to inform teaching and learning. Collaboration is essential, working closely with colleagues to develop best practices, engaging with families to support student growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture. We are committed to supporting ongoing professional development, ensuring high-quality teaching and a lasting impact on student learning. 

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
