About Us
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.
The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of strategic Commercial and Procurement capability, managing end-to-end service delivery, negotiations, and deployment of complex commercial and procurement projects and activities. This also includes aspects of Contract Management on behalf of CECG and key supplier relationships.
The overarching objective of this role will be to deliver and maintain ownership of commercial, procurement, and contract management capability (including relevant policies and procedures). This also includes developing and maintaining sound working relationships with CECG management and other internal stakeholders, Project managers across strategic activities, current Panel member suppliers, key goods and services suppliers, and identifying potential new suppliers to ensure the maintenance of the supply to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Qualifications in Commercial, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Management or significant industry experience.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
- Driver’s License.
