About the Role
The Property and Grounds Manager leads the upkeep, safety, and operations of two campuses. Managing a small team and contractors, the Property and Grounds Manager oversees building, grounds, and utilities maintenance, ensures WHS compliance, and supports capital works. This hands-on role balances leadership and operational matters to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming.

Qualifications
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registrations
- Relevant Diploma or Cert IV with relevant work experience
- Current driver’s licence and either a light rigid licence or willingness to acquire one
- White card and working at heights, asbestos, and scissor lift operator certification are desirable
- First Aid Certificate
