About the Role
The Teaching and Learning Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in teaching practice and student learning across the school. This position involves leading curriculum development, ensuring programs are aligned with school priorities, and supporting staff with evidence-based strategies that make a real impact in the classroom. The role provides leadership through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning, empowering teachers to reflect on their practice and continually grow in their profession. They work collaboratively with colleagues to build consistency in pedagogy, assessment, and reporting, while also encouraging innovation and creativity in the way learning experiences are designed. By analysing student data and monitoring progress, the Teaching and Learning coordinator identifies opportunities for growth and celebrates achievements that enhance both teaching and learning. A key part of this role is the promotion of innovative teaching that engages students, supports diverse learning needs, and leads to improved outcomes for every learner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
