About the Role
The Office Manager oversees the financial and administrative operations of our Before and After School Care (BASC) program in our Outside School Hours Care Centre (OSHC). This position is responsible for managing billing, payments, and invoicing, as well as maintaining accurate financial records. In addition to financial management, the role involves handling general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to parent inquiries, maintaining student and parent records, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of newsletters.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID004), including training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
- Certificate III or IV in Business or Administration
