About the Role
The Classroom Teacher inspires and supports students by delivering engaging, purposeful lessons using evidence-based strategies and approved curriculum resources. They create inclusive environments where students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best. Through regular assessment and personalised feedback, they guide each student's learning journey, carefully tracking progress and celebrating milestones along the way. By collaborating and communicating with colleagues and families, they help build a strong support network around each student. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher to work in a Year 5 classroom in a very supportive and motivated school. The applicant will have the opportunity to teach children all curriculum areas and extend the children's learning, while growing in professional expertise.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee on leave.

Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
