About the Role
The Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) Level 4 plays a vital role within the Inclusive Education Team, working closely with teachers to ensure that students with diverse learning needs can access and participate fully in the curriculum and school activities. CSAs provide individual and small-group support, assist in implementing learning and teaching strategies, and help maintain an engaging, safe, and supportive classroom environment. They contribute to students’ academic progress, social development, and independence through tasks such as preparing learning materials, assisting with personal care, and supporting students during excursions, sporting events, and other school activities. Positions are available at both the Padua Campus (Years 7–9, Wanniassa) and St Peter’s Campus (Years 10–12, Isabella Plains), with regular participation in campus and cross-campus Inclusive Learning Support meetings required.

Qualifications
- Completion of Certificate III in School-Based Education Support is desirable
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
- Previous experience in working with adolescents requiring academic and/or social support will be well regarded but is not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
