McAuley Catholic College Tumut, located in the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales, offers high-quality education for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in a safe and supportive environment. The Classroom Teacher creates an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students develop their academic, communication and critical thinking skills. Through high-quality teaching, curriculum-aligned learning experiences, regular assessment and personalised feedback, you will support students to achieve their potential while fostering a love of learning, supporting each student's journey, tracking progress with care and celebrating milestones along the way. Preferred subject areas include Art, Hospitality and Geography.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment or is to replace an employee who is on parental leave and the incumbent is entitled to return to work early in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education/Teaching or Master of Teaching
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
