Your role:

Lead an administrative team that covers our offices in Box Hill and Lilydale and across the Eastern Region. The administration officers and coordinators you will lead support particularly complex programs that deliver services to vulnerable families, children and young people. You are going to need to be a strong operational manager as well as a savvy business leader and people leader to continue the great work this integral function provides. We welcome expressions of interest from all regions of the organisation.

 

The skills you will use day to day:

  • Maintain a strong workforce culture.
  • Support a range of professionals across the social services sector.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders such as team leaders and program managers.
  • Manage your team budget.
  • Your in depth understanding of administration delivery, systems and technology will be highly regarded.
  • Maintain a high functioning, highly motivated team.
