About the Role: 

This role will report into HR Operations. The aim of the role will be to provide general HR and Recruitment Administrative Support which could involve everything from support with process and administration in relation to employment and compliance through to the management and creation of letters of offer and employment contracts, as well as other duties relating to compliance and employment screening, reporting and generalist HR admin.

 

About you:

We are seeking an experienced HR administration professional with a strong understanding of the systems and processes relating to employment legislation throughout the end to end employee lifecycle.

You’ll bring a keen eye for detail, an ability to identify and manage HR risk, the ability to ensure the ongoing compliance of the employment offer process, the ability to be flexibility and independent to work relatively autonomously.

  • HR graduates or under graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in a similar HR or People and Culture administrative capacity is preffered
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of employment and HR documentation in line with legislation and AV policy, particularly terms of employment legislation and adherence to AV Policy   
  • A keen eye for detail, ability to use ones initiative, identify discrepancies and inaccuracies and find solutions
  • Flexibility and ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in the use of HR and Recruitment Systems such as Page Up and Preceda
  • Commitment to best practice and an understanding of the importance of compliance
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus
  • Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with a customer service mindset, to provide advice and consultation when required
