About the role
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or just getting started and looking to grow your skills and experience – we can support you.
As a casual Educator at our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will be part of a growing team of Educators delivering after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to children and support the wider community.
Our OSHC programs operate from shared spaces at our partner schools in Shepparton, Strathmerton, Nagambie, Bendigo, Portland, and Castlemaine, on weekdays from 3:00 pm to 6:00, and during school holidays at our Vacation Care Programs.

In addition to receiving an hourly rate of $26.18 to $29.48 per hour (depending on quals) + super + 25% casual loading, you can increase your take-home pay by accessing salary packaging benefits for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
About you
We are looking for motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.
Your Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent will be either completed or currently in progress (see list of approved qualifications), and ideally, you’ll have experience gained in Early Childhood or engaging with children in some capacity.
