Your new role

Take on a leadership role with community impact as the Manager Residential Services Wimmera.

Lead innovation, continuous improvement and help embed our therapeutic model of care, ensuring families are empowered, supported and connected in the ways that matter most.

This key strategic role will enable you to provide hands on support, guidance, coaching, leadership, and empowerment to the staff, ensuring services provided respond to consumer needs.

Your expertise in developing strategies in collaboration with residential carers will ensure children and young people are successfully transitioned and integrated into homes.

Apply your extensive experience in the out of home care sector and make a difference to the outcomes of children and young people in our community.

Your skills and experience

You’re an experienced people leader or practice-informed professional, ready to step into a senior operational role.

 You will also bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either social work, psychology or social science
  • Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership position in a health service setting or mental health sector
  • Experience in developing evidence-based client programs
  • Significant experience in providing advice and support on complex issues.
  • Significant experience in managing organisational change
