Your new role

We have a permanent full-time opportunity available based in our Broadmeadows office with travel to kindergartens for on-site visits. We also offer hybrid working arrangements – talk to us about what you’re looking for, and we’ll see if we can make it work.

Our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program is the largest provider in Victoria, helping to create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.

You will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting our KIS Additional Assistants working in diverse kindergarten services across the local government areas of Brimbank, Hobson Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Moonee Valley, Wyndham, Banyule, Darebin, Hume, Merri-Bek, Nillumbik, Whittlesea and Yarra.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting on-site visits to provide hands-on support.
  • Offering guidance and assistance through email and phone communication.
  • Facilitating face-to-face sessions to foster collaboration and learning.
  • Coordinating online professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Your skills and experience

You will have experience and be a role model for best practice in Early Childhood Education and have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or other relevant ACECQA recognised qualification.

You will also bring:

  • A passion for working with others and seeing them thrive.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills.
  • A current Victorian driver licence for ability to travel to onsite visits.
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams and the Office suite.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
