Your new role
Our P&C Partnership Managers play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders and leaders, providing strategic and operational support and have the opportunity to lead and develop Business Partners and collaborate with the wider P&C Team.
As a trusted advisor, you will be the key ‘go-to’ for Executive Leadership to drive forward operational and strategic initiatives supporting both our workforce and the Uniting Vic Tas organisation.
Leading a small team of P&C Business Partners and collaborating with the wider P&C Team, you will provide advice and guidance in workforce design/planning, remuneration and benefits, industrial/employee relations, and change management activities.
About you
You will bring with you:
- Extensive HR generalist experience in a HR Manager or Senior Business Partner role.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle with accountability for the delivery of people & culture outcomes.
- Empathetic leadership and a collaborative approach with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and confidence in having frank yet respectful interactions.
- Sound IR/ER experience and working knowledge of relevant industrial law and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business/commerce/social science/psychology or equivalent experience.
