Your new role

As the first point of contact for staff and visitors at our Head Office, you will ensure the smooth operation of our busy two-floor workspace at 130 Lonsdale Street.  

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of reception and coordination of office operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient administration and compliance with safety and operational procedures. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and well-functioning work environment, and promoting a culture of community and connection.

Your skills and experience

You often receive positive feedback on your people interactions and have a reputation for delivering excellent service. You are calm under pressure, love a good problem to solve and are known for your proactive can-do attitude.

You will also bring with you:

  • Experience in office management or a similar administration/customer facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with care and efficiency
  • A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and well-organised work environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • A current driver’s licence valid in Victoria
