We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Early Childhood Teacher with Montessori experience and qualifications.

The role is to implement a high-quality and developmentally appropriate educational program for children, with a commitment to active involvement of families and the local community.

Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Post-secondary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor minimum) as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
• Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
