Join the Operations Finance team as Senior Finance Manager and lead financial analysis, reporting, and strategy across BrandSpace, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Technology. Partner with GMs and leadership to drive business success.
Your opportunity
In this role as the Senior Finance Manager – Operations Finance you will lead a team of finance professionals in all aspects of financial analysis, reporting and strategic partnership for the BrandSpace, Customer Solutions, Marketing and Technology functions. The Senior Finance Manager plays a key role partnering with the GMs of each business and their leadership teams, and the broader Operations Finance Leadership team.
- Understand and support the strategic focus areas of the BrandSpace, Customer Solutions, Marketing and Technology teams.
- Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations across business streams and influence through stakeholders to achieve best financial outcome that aligns to our business goals. Lead the team to prepare and review feasibilities on business cases.
- Challenge existing processes/reporting and put forward recommendations for improvement to drive efficiency and ensure reporting is fit for purpose.
- Support and partner with General Managers and their Leadership teams as they deliver to their strategic initiatives. Provide insight and analysis that facilitates financial and commercial decisions.
- Develop, Coach and mentor team to achieve their goals, facilitate development, internal promotion and succession planning.
