As the Personal Assistant to our General Manager of Leasing NZ, you will be the ‘go-to’ person for the Businesses team. This role is high energy, so we’re looking for a self-motivated person to provide support to our busy GM and a small team of Leasing Executives.
This role is varied, and you’ll be juggling multiple priorities and balancing conflicting deadlines. With strong attention to detail, you will be organised and proactive with a good dose of initiative and urgency when approaching your work and be able to confidently manage your GM’s priorities and schedule too.
A snapshot of your role would be:
- Diary management – co-ordination and set up of meetings between key stakeholders, as well as ensuring requests are managed promptly and any clashes are dealt with.
- Financial administration – accurately and efficiently maintain financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Travel and events – booking and coordinating travel requirements for the GM and team and coordinating meetings and events. Also accommodating visiting executives from our Australian business when the need arises.
- Presentations and reporting – responsible for updating, preparing and distributing reports for the team and collating presentations.
- Administration - ongoing administrative support along with some adhoc duties in the Support Office to ensure the smooth running of the environment in which your team operates.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Support Office above Westfield Newmarket.
