Your opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications, all while supporting the success of the broader Customer Experience Team.
You’ll be instrumental in creating outstanding customer experiences through thoughtful marketing initiatives and memorable events. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign and Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events and activations that enhance the customer experience, ensuring all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Marketing Plan Development: Provide input for the centre’s Marketing Plan.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the annual Marketing income and expense budget. This includes sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders, generating accruals, processing invoices, and supporting reforecasting activities.
- Agency & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets, event services, and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer needs by leveraging insights analysis, listening tools, and data research to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
- Customer Experience: This is a hands-on role that involves direct interaction with customers. You will also be expected to support the asset team with the day-to-day operations of the centre as needed.
This position does require you to be part of a duty management roster where you will be required to work on a weekend roster, approximately one weekend day a month.
