We’re opening an exciting internal opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join the Parramatta team.

This is a chance to step into a senior, regionally influential role within one of our flagship assets. You’ll lead day-to-day facilities operations at Parramatta while also contributing across the broader region through technical guidance, stakeholder support, and national initiatives.

This role is designed for someone ready to take the next step — building on their existing FM experience and expanding their leadership, commercial, and strategic capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading facilities delivery at Parramatta, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Coaching and supporting the local FM team
• Owning lifecycle planning and capital works delivery
• Building strong partnerships with contractors and centre stakeholders
• Supporting regional and national operational and environmental priorities
• Acting as a technical go-to for the region
• Participating in the duty manager roster (with days in lieu)
