Team Coordinator – Retail Design team
Your opportunity
We're hiring a Team Coordinator to join our Retail Design team in Sydney. As a vital member, you'll provide administrative support and work on initiatives to help achieve the delivery goals of the regional team. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting out, offering the flexibility to work 1-2 days from home.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinate team meetings, shopfitter meetings, and site walks, managing team calendars and travel arrangements.
- Compile reports and presentations for regional teams and managers, negotiating priorities.
- Support Regional teams in administering Final Design Approvals and associated communications.
- Manage distribution and filing of lease plans and other design & delivery documentation according to guidelines.
- Submit Business Unit expenses as per established guidelines.
- Manage photo libraries, SOC tracker, and project tracking reports.
- Track design delivery and provide status reports to key stakeholders.
- Gather contact information and necessary documentation for tenants, tenant designers and shopfitters as required
What will set you apart from the rest?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software.
- Meticulous attention to detail, showcased in compiling reports and presentations for Regional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in coordinating meetings and managing team calendars.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, ensuring efficient management of documentation and project tracking.
- Strong customer service focus evident in supporting Regional teams and managing Final Design Approvals.
- Effective prioritisation skills demonstrated in meeting deadlines and negotiating priorities with Regional teams
