Our Customer Experience team is focused on delivering engaging and high-quality content across our Westfield destinations. As a Content Delivery Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in curating, coordinating, and commercialising campaigns that bring our brand and our partners’ brands to life in our Westfield Destinations. You’ll ensure seamless and timely campaign delivery, while upholding brand standards and finding operational efficiencies. This is a great opportunity to support both innovation and excellence across the business through impactful content execution.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating the execution of media and marketing campaigns across our Westfield destinations
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content meets creative and technical standards
• Managing campaign timelines, asset delivery, and installation requirements across digital and print channels
• Supporting automation and innovation initiatives to scale content across multiple centres
• Ensuring compliance with Scentre Group brand guidelines and national creative standards
This role is permanent, full-time.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded coordinator with experience in campaign delivery or content production. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and bring a problem-solving mindset to everything you do. A background in media, advertising, or content operations is highly regarded.
