Personal Assistant to GM Leasing
Your opportunity:
The Personal Assistant to the General Manager, Businesses is responsible for providing key support and assistance to the General Manager and his Leasing team.
This is a Full time, fixed term contract role for 12 months- 5 days per week.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Provide high level administrative support to the GM.
- Extensive diary management, co-ordination and set up of meetings between key stakeholders both internally and externally. Ensuring requests are managed promptly and any clashes are dealt with, and ample time is provided for manager to complete tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Working with the wider PA network to coordinate events (team and broader) within budget.
- Booking and coordinating travel requirements as per company policy.
- Preparation of daily packs, briefing notes and reports ensuring the GM has everything required for the day ahead.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and manage key relationships both internally and externally.
- Responsible for updating, preparing and distributing reports for the GM and broader team as requested.
- Inbox management for the GM to ensure timely responses are provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination of ad hoc enquiries/requests from the GM and their respective team.

You need to be able to prioritise and work independently with limited guidance. You are required to maintain a professional image and conduct when working with internal and external stakeholders and support the team by ensuring timely and accurate coordination / administration of various activities impacting the division. Previous experience in a PA role at GM level required.
