Your Opportunity
As a Car Park Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment customers arrive at our Destinations until the moment they leave.
Some of your festive duties as a car park team member will include:
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre
- Supporting traffic management and navigation during busy car park periods
- Maintaining the car park’s physical condition to a high standard
- Safely operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks or operational needs as required
So, what sets our team members apart?
You will:
- Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
- Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
- Hold a provisional or full driver’s licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
- Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.
