We’re seeking a Talent Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. You don’t need a traditional HR or recruitment background – you might be a store manager, hospitality leader, marketing professional, office manager or come from another industry altogether.

What matters most is that you bring transferable skills: a passion and demonstrated capability to understand how a business works, confident communication, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and the credibility to be a trusted partner.

The opportunity

As a Talent Business Partner, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to share the Scentre Group story and attract high-quality candidates.

Day to day you will:

• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver recruitment strategies and provide advice and support.
• Design and executing sourcing campaigns, including market mapping, targeted searches, talent communities, and employer brand initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Create meaningful connections with candidates, ensuring their experience is positive and respectful, whatever the outcome.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practice.
