Are you a passionate Project Manager ready to make a difference in a hybrid delivery environment? Join us and make a positive impact across our Westfield Destinations!

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects across the full lifecycle, using a hybrid of agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. 
  • Business Case Development: Contribute to and lead the creation of business cases, clearly articulating benefits, costs, and risks to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication at every phase. 
  • Resource and Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track. 
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimise impact on project outcomes, maintaining a focus on solutions and continuous improvement. 

This role is a full time, contract for 12 months.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team; a technology generalist with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships and lead projects from concept to closure. If you thrive in corporate security and technology spaces, and have a talent for strategic communication, this role is for you! 

You will be:

  • An experienced project manager, skilled in overseeing end-to-end delivery using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • A strategic leader, capable of developing business cases that align with organisational goals and provide a clear roadmap for success.
  • Technically savvy, with a broad understanding of technology that enables you to lead and adapt across diverse project requirements.
  • A strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, fostering transparency and trust with stakeholders.
  • Interested in WHS, security, and visual analytics, bringing a proactive approach to these key areas.
  • A problem solver, resourceful and proactive in overcoming challenges, with a focus on solutions and delivering positive outcomes.
