Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects across the full lifecycle, using a hybrid of agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Business Case Development: Contribute to and lead the creation of business cases, clearly articulating benefits, costs, and risks to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication at every phase.
- Resource and Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimise impact on project outcomes, maintaining a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.
This role is a full time, contract for 12 months.

You will be:
- An experienced project manager, skilled in overseeing end-to-end delivery using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- A strategic leader, capable of developing business cases that align with organisational goals and provide a clear roadmap for success.
- Technically savvy, with a broad understanding of technology that enables you to lead and adapt across diverse project requirements.
- A strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, fostering transparency and trust with stakeholders.
- Interested in WHS, security, and visual analytics, bringing a proactive approach to these key areas.
- A problem solver, resourceful and proactive in overcoming challenges, with a focus on solutions and delivering positive outcomes.
