We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Westfield Plenty Valley.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is to deliver a safe, clean and comfortable environment by providing front line response to accomplish extraordinary in centre experiences as we become essential to our customers, retailers and contract partners we interact with.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the centre team day-to-day in delivering best-in-class hard and soft services to deliver excellence in customer and retailer experience.
- Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and repairs.
- Administer the asset management Computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) for all work order management and prioritisation.
- Assist with the delivery of asset initiatives for environmental and sustainability targets. Improve on delivery of these targets through enhanced reporting and influencing behaviour with key stakeholders.
- Ensure all asset maintenance, repair and capital works are accurate, delivered on time and budget and completed to the best possible standards.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of key stakeholders from within the business and beyond.
- Build engaging relationships with service providers to ensure deliverables are completed, compliant, on time and within budget.
- Respond to and resolve customer and retailer problems in relation to facilities’ services; partner and collaborate on cross-team projects.
The role is being offered as a full-time permanent position based at the centre.
What sets you apart
We are seeking an experienced Facilities professional who has strong relationship management skills.
You will be:
- Trade qualification or technical experience in building, property or facility services
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities, building or other customer service environment.
- Technically astute to use BMS, CMMS and other software.
- Experience in inducting, instructing and supervising contractors.
- Experience in delivering maintenance or projects to the highest standards on time and on budget.
- Sound understanding and experience in safety and compliance.
