We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead one of Scentre Group’s largest assets, Westfield Fountain Gate. This is a senior leadership position within our Centre team, focused on driving success through a customer-first approach. The role is integral to our vision of bringing more people to the centre, encouraging them to visit more often and stay longer.

As the Centre Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager, Centre Experience - VIC, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational, service, and commercial results for the centre. You will lead a team dedicated to engaging with customers, retailers, and the community, using feedback from customer listening tools to shape and guide the centre’s strategy.

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience in managing shopping centres or large venues, with a proven track record of driving both operational excellence and strong commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring the team is motivated, empowered, and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Develop, nurture, and uphold a customer-centric culture at Westfield Fountain Gate, ensuring the team is well-trained, motivated, and empowered to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster team development, engagement, and capability to enhance overall performance.
• Drive the financial and commercial success of the centre by achieving strong outcomes across the P&L and capital planning processes.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards for both the internal team and contracted partners.
• Collaborate with the asset team to align on strategic goals and priorities for the centre.
