Regional Manager Brandspace Retail

BrandSpace offers brands access to some of the best retail media and space inventory in the world as well as a range of preformed and bespoke solutions that extend the potential of the Westfield retail environment.
Our BrandSpace Sales team provides the platform to showcase and promote products, generating sales from our millions of dedicated shoppers. The team selects the locations that best target a client's market and then develop customised retail marketing solutions to suit.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of high performance sales professionals, ensuring group revenue targets are achieved through a consultative client management approach.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will be required to inspire, plan, manage and lead in order to create opportunities for development and growth.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Client Focused: Leads with a customer centric approach to business planning for both partners and assets.
- Accountability for driving sales revenue and consistently achieving targets.
- Coach high performance behaviors by connecting the sales process and tools while coaching resilience and agility.
- Leads a proactive approach to pipeline development, ensuring consistent qualification and achievement of monthly regional targets.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, identifying and overcoming barriers to create win-win outcomes.
- Drive key sales behaviors by leading with resilience, consistency, and commitment.
- Display effective people management through establishing clear goals and ensures team members meet expectations.
- Inclusive Environment: Create a team culture aligned with Scentre Groups values, coaching and developing individuals to succeed.
- Team Development: Supports personal development plans, enabling team members to grow and thrive within and across the organisation.
What sets you apart from the rest?
- 6+ years experience in a sales environment
- 5+ years sales management and team leadership experience across direct reports, peers and stakeholders
- Advanced territory management skills
- Advanced in the application of sales capability
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Extensive ability to coach, manage and lead the development of a sales team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Analyses insights and data for input into business strategy, processes and practices
