The Marketing Executive, Programming will play a key role in delivering the Customer, Community, and Destinations vision across Westfield’s 42 centres in Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our in-centre advertising panels, including the Connected Screen Network (CSN). You’ll also support the team with the execution, rollout, and administration of paid media channels as needed.
This position is offered as a 14-month parental leave contract.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Managing the campaigns calendar for Brand, Community, and Destinations Marketing across the Connected Screen Network (CSN), ensuring content is contextually aligned and delivered effectively by channel, time, location, or audience.
- Balancing local and portfolio-level campaigns with your planning expertise to support both needs seamlessly.
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with planning expectations and contractual commitments.
- Delivering regular campaign performance reports, insights, and best practices to advocate for the effective use of CSN.
- Collaborating with the business to help evolve and stabilise our new advertising platform, “Hivestack.” Leading optimisations to create fresh, innovative approaches for managing marketing inventory.
- Supporting paid media channel execution, including campaign rollout, asset briefing, asset delivery, agency/publisher instructions, and budget reconciliation.

You will be:
- Tertiary degree preferable, with 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, media, or communications
- Experience in digital media, OOH media, paid media, or media strategy
- Familiarity with digital content management systems and reporting/data platforms preferred, but not essential
- Strong understanding of the roles different media and communication channels play in connecting with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365
