Valet Parking at Westfield Sydney is designed to enhance our customer’s experience from arrival to departure. It’s not just about parking—it’s about providing a seamless, elevated touch that transforms each visit into something extraordinary and unforgettable.
As the Valet Parking Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of delivering this exceptional service. Working closely with the Valet Parking Supervisor as their trusted 2IC, you’ll take ownership of overseeing operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring every detail of the valet experience reflects our premium standards.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Partner with the Valet Parking Supervisor to lead, mentor, and empower the valet team to deliver an outstanding, premium-level customer service.
- Oversee the daily valet operations and team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-standard service delivery while supporting a team scheduled across operating hours (6:00 AM – midnight).
- Use data insights to identify trends and future opportunities for service and operational improvements.
- Drive the importance of the valet offering, ensuring it consistently exceeds customer expectations and enhances their experience.
We are offering this position as a full-time permanent role at Westfield Sydney, with weekend shifts included on a rotating roster.
