Join our vibrant and customer-focused team at Westfield Tuggerah as a Concierge Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering personalised, high-quality service to enhance the customer experience. You’ll be the friendly face of the centre, assisting customers with information, directions, and services that make their visit seamless and enjoyable.
We’re looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and a natural problem solver, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team while delivering outstanding service.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
- Welcoming guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs. Provide helpful directions and advice and offer alternative solutions when needed.
- Supporting the marketing team with promotions, activations and events.
This casual position offers flexible, occasional shifts rather than a set weekly schedule, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance, or looking for extra work. Availability for weekend shifts is required.

We are seeking an engaging and service-driven professional who enjoys customer interaction and takes initiative to solve problems independently.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel, retail, or guest services.
- Ability to interact with diverse customers and consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, with focus on weekend shifts as needed.
