Your opportunity
As a Project Coordinator in the Westfield Centres Delivery team, you will provide vital support in coordinating key centre projects. Your role will focus on assisting with planning, stakeholder coordination, process optimisation, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination – Oversee and manage customer experience capital projects, including Kids Play Spaces, Parking Initiatives, Amenities, Centre Ambience Improvements, Portfolio Maintenance Projects, and other key business initiatives.
- Financial Tracking – Ensure project progress claims are submitted accurately and on time.
- Meeting Management – Chair and document project action meetings, tracking tasks and ensuring accountability across all project phases (discovery, design, delivery, and handover).
- Stakeholder Management & Communication – Provide regular project updates, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Site Inspections – Conduct site visits to review work progress, ensuring compliance with construction drawings and specifications (includes some interstate travel).
- Support for Westfield Teams – Assist in planning and delivering capital projects, contributing to broader developments across Australia and New Zealand.
This position is a 12-month full-time contract, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment
