Our marketing team activates Westfield destinations to connect with communities and create engaging customer experiences.
This includes delivering unique events, collaborating with community groups, creating digital content, managing social accounts, and partnering with retailers to market their brands.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager at one of our southern suburb Westfield destinations, the Marketing Executive drives exceptional customer experiences by supporting best-in-class activations and campaigns.
In this dynamic role, you’ll shape marketing strategy, execute standout events, communicate effectively with retail partners and stakeholders, and contribute to the broader Centre Experience Team.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Lead centre campaigns from concept to execution, managing budgets and timelines for key events like Lunar New Year, School Holidays, and Christmas.
- Implement local digital strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Contribute to the Marketing Plan, aligning retail trends, local priorities, and budgets.
- Assisting with management of the marketing budget, including sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
- Use insights and research to understand customer needs.
- Fulfill Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotating weekend and evening roster, ensuring customer experience, safety, and emergency leadership.

You will be
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experienced in marketing, including event management, brand management, digital and social media, and public relations.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to make decisions, take accountability, and drive high-quality results.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and execution skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in customer experience, digital and social media, research, and analysis.
- Qualified in marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Adaptable to a dynamic, 7-day operational environment.
