At Westfield Airport West, we’re seeking a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and enhancing every customer’s visit.
As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
- Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
- Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
- Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
- Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.
- Occasionally supporting the Marketing team
This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster.

- Friendly, approachable, and confident, with a positive attitude and the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers while providing helpful and efficient service.
- Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to actively listen, think on your feet and resolve customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail and hospitality.
- Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
