Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Bondi Junction as a casual Valet Parking Attendant, where you’ll be part of creating memorable moments for our customers from the moment they arrive.
In this role, you’ll deliver a seamless and premium valet experience — providing outstanding customer service, ensuring vehicle safety and security, and supporting a smooth, efficient arrival and departure process. You’ll be a key part of a team that values strong customer relationships and upholds the highest standards of service.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Be the face of Westfield Bondi Junction – warmly welcome every customer and set the tone for a great experience from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver a smooth, premium valet service – safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring speed, care, and a personal touch.
- Keep things moving – manage traffic flow in the valet area and help direct vehicles when things get busy.
- Handle transactions with confidence – process valet payments accurately via cash or card.
- Check in with customers – ensure their experience exceeds expectations and be a friendly point of contact.
This role is an ongoing casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
