Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Coomera as a Customer Services Attendant, where you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Working across Concierge and Car Park services, you’ll make each customer’s visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Whether it’s helping with directions, answering questions, or ensuring everything runs smoothly in the car park, you’ll be part of a team that puts customers first.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Greet customers, assist with directions, provide service info, and offer support tailored to their needs.
- Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
- Process Gift Card payments, handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Manage administrative tasks like lost property and responding to online or phone inquiries.
- Keep the Car Park Running Smoothly – Play a key role in managing traffic flow to provide a hassle-free experience for customers.
This role is an ongoing casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
