Systems & Reporting Analyst

The Systems & Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across business processes. This position ensures that systems and workflows adhere to best practices by overseeing controls, quality assurance, and data management standards. As the primary point of contact for system support, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Technology team to deliver timely and effective solutions.

You will work within the Business Improvement Group to prioritize deliverables, including compliance driven initiatives. As a member of the Systems and Governance team, your remit extends to system integrations, business intelligence technologies, sales process optimization, revenue assurance, and risk and compliance management.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable system requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes
  • Monitor and maintain system and process controls to ensure ongoing effectiveness
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on control performance and improvement areas
  • Create user-friendly training materials and documentation for system updates
  • Collaborate with tech teams on enhancements and digital transformation projects (e.g. Salesforce, Ad Server)
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide frontline system support.

This role is a fixed term full-time contract for 12 months.

What sets you apart

We are seeking a tech-savvy problem solver who’s passionate about systems, data, and making processes smarter.

You will be:

  • 1–2 years’ IT experience, with a tertiary qualification in IT or related field (Ideal)
  •  Proven Salesforce expertise (essential)
  • Skilled in functional documentation and system training
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience in data integrity and quality practices
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new systems and changes
  • Proficient in documenting process flows and system architecture
  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
