We have a contract opportunity based at Westfield Warringah Mall for a Customer Services Supervisor (9–12 months). It’s a fantastic step-up role for someone ready to grow their leadership capability.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Services Manager and play a key role in delivering our final ticketless parking project — a big milestone for the centre. The role offers strong on-the-ground exposure and experience.
You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams like Development and Marketing, gaining great insight into centre-wide operations.
Day-to-day, you will:
You’ll lead our Concierge, Valet and Car Park teams while playing a key role in delivering our final ticketless parking project:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Concierge and Car Park team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and improve our NPS.
- Manage rosters, budgets, and forecasting to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review customer feedback to uncover insights and identify areas to improve service delivery.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to continually enhance our Concierge and Car Park experience.
- Support the successful delivery of the ticketless parking project — coordinating resources, aligning operations, and helping teams adapt to new technology.
What sets you apart
- Leading customer-facing teams in retail, hospitality, or similar environments
- Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, budgeting, and team performance
- Supporting or coordinating service and technology projects (e.g. ticketless parking)
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external contractors
- Coaching and developing teams to deliver high-level customer service experiences
