Our construction team delivers all construction outcomes across our 42 Westfield destinations as we continually enhance the customer offer and experience. They are one part of our multi-disciplined development, design and construction team who work collaboratively throughout projects to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We have a role within our Westfield Manukau team for a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in managing our project and tenancy works with an unwavering commitment to safety, timeliness, compliance and efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service for the multiple stakeholders across the business.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in accordance with current WHS legislation as well as the Scentre Group People Protecting People safety culture
- Developing and sustaining relationships with retail partners impacted by works
- Managing communication between Centre Management and the Construction team to ensure deliverable milestones are achieved
- Start to finish delivery
- Understanding timeline of project works
- Communicating levels of disruptions and expectations of impacts to retailers
- Organising access control
- Coordination of on-site standards and relationship with NPS
- Attending and actively participating in weekly stakeholder meetings to provide updates on project deliverables
- Providing regular communication updates to the Centre team, Facilities team and to the local Project team
This role is a fixed term contract for a period of 18 months, based at Westfield Manukau.

- Excellent planning co-ordination skills
- Subcontractor management experience
- Familiarity with MS Office and relevant platforms
