We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our business, where you will collaborate with the Leasing, Finance and Technology Teams supporting our Leasing operations business to provide financial analysis and insights, deliver accurate financial reporting including key performance indicators and financial modelling, engage in system, process and reporting improvements, and become a trusted business partner.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparation and delivery of accurate management reporting, variance analysis and insights for quarter-end
for the Leasing finance and Leasing operations business.
- Support the preparation and delivery of quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for the Leasing
- Ensure timely and consistent preparation of weekly leasing reports, maintaining accuracy and alignment
- Provide ad hoc
analysis and insights to the Group Manager of Leasing Finance
- Analyse operating metrics, monitor data integrity, and communicate weekly performance to key stakeholders
- Partner with the Technology team to drive improvements in financial reporting systems, including documenting business requirements and influencing key stakeholders
- Manage the leasing deal commitments process, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and collaborating across departments
- Lead or support ad hoc finance projects and strategic initiatives
- Proactively challenge current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence across the business
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, JDE, TM1, Cognos/Tableau, and Excel
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a naturally curious mindset
- Ability to lead process enhancements that improve quality and consistency
