Your opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead the management of three key Sydney CBD commercial assets – 85 Castlereagh Street, 77 Castlereagh Street, and 100 Market Street.
You’ll manage a direct team and take full ownership of day-to-day operations, asset performance, tenant relationships and delivery while also leading the relationship with all asset owners as their key point of contact.
This role sits within a high-profile shared precinct, offering a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, and play a critical role in the ongoing success of this premium commercial portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead and support your team to deliver quality service, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continual improvement
- Build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and asset owners — ensuring a seamless experience, compliance, and tenant retention
- Own asset performance by managing budgets, P&Ls, reporting, and proactively delivering commercial recommendations aligned with owner goals
- Be a trusted advisor on contracts, compliance, and strategy — working closely with building owners and the wider precinct team
- Drive operational excellence, including maintenance, contractor performance, and day-to-day property needs
- Champion safety and sustainability by ensuring WHS compliance and supporting environmental initiatives across the assets
- Communicate with impact, managing stakeholder engagement, resolving issues, and ensuring lease obligations are met
What Sets You Apart
- Deep expertise in commercial property and facilities management, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership experience—your team looks to you for guidance, motivation, and support.
- Exceptional relationship management skills—you’re a trusted advisor and a natural collaborator, able to influence and engage at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving financial and operational success.
- Outstanding communication skills—clear, persuasive, and always customer-focused.
- Practical knowledge of property valuation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and be contactable after-hours for issue resolution.
