Leasing Team Coordinator

Our Leasing team carefully curate the total Westfield experience, ensuring each destination delivers a powerful mix of fashion, dining, fresh food and entertainment – each playing a critical role in the overall customer experience.
This role is to provide administrative support to the Leasing & Retail Solutions Team. These administrative tasks vary in nature from reporting, data input and expenses to pack preparation and coordination of meetings. While some of my tasks are scheduled into my work week, there are many other administrative tasks that are ad-hoc. I enjoy being in a support role that contributes greatly to the overall success of the team. I could master my role and be valued team member. This role could also be a steppingstone to progress into other roles within Leasing & Retail Solutions or the wider business.
The role will include duties such as:
- Generating and printing reports
- Processing team expenses in Concur
- Assist with preparation of budget and co-owner presentations
- Coordination and set up of meetings between key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Assisting LE’s and RM’s with technology issues and requirements in raising service desk tickets and managing through to resolution.
- Booking and coordinating travel requirements
- Preparing retailer location plans and partner presentations
- Running of weekly and monthly team reports in Cognos
- Compiling briefing notes and minutes for retailer meetings in a timely manner
- Organizing and onboarding new starters
- Maintenance of meeting documentation on Scentral (Salesforce)
- Assisting my manager with overflow responsibilities where able
