Day-to-day, you will:
As the Valet Experience Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our valet team, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery while supporting team performance and operational goals.
- Lead, support and roster the Valet team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
- Monitor team performance and service standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
- Support the Services Manager with people management, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Align team priorities to the Asset Business Plan and centre-wide objectives.
- Manage valet staffing and resourcing plans, including timesheets and shift coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with Centre Management, Marketing, retailers, and customers.
- Provide hands-on support, including confidently driving all types of vehicles.
Permanent position based onsite at Westfield Sydney.

- Team Leadership – Experience leading, coaching, and rostering frontline or customer service teams.
- Premium Customer Service – Proven ability to deliver high-quality, guest-focused service in a fast-paced or premium environment.
- Operational Oversight – Strong organisational skills with experience managing day-to-day operations, shift coverage, and compliance with procedures.
- Communication & Relationship Building – Confident communicator with the ability to engage customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Driver Confidence & Licence – Valid driver’s licence with the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles as part of hands-on valet support.
