Agency Sales Coordinator- Brandspace
BrandSpace is the media and retail advertising solutions division of Scentre Group. Their role is to connect customers to the brands and retailers they love or would love to discover. Your role is to connect those brands working closely with agency partners to their best and most valuable customers leveraging the smarts of our connected screen network. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Seek opportunities to build knowledge of customer behaviour, audience segmentation and Westfield Living Centres.
- Review and improve processes to ensure the team is as efficient as possible.
- Assist ASE & GSM to constantly implement initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement
- Develop proactive opportunities to support the sales team in generating additional demand
- Prepare high quality information and insights for client proposals within specified timelines
- Process and provide booking documentation within the specified timeframe to meet stakeholder expectations
This role is permanent, full-time.
What sets you apart
- Marketing/Advertising/Retail exposure preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- MS office skills required. Photoshop skills beneficial
- Confidence – happy to contribute ideas in tea meetings, challenge current practices and be an active presence in the team
- Creative – think about the best way to solve a client’s challenges or the best way of delivering information
- Get stuff done – well organised, efficient and able to break down big tasks to prioritise duties
