Your opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications, all while supporting the success of the broader Customer Experience Team.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through impactful marketing initiatives and memorable events. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Campaign & Event Coordination: Plan and deliver engaging events and activations that elevate the customer experience, ensuring seamless execution, timeliness, and budget alignment.
- Marketing Planning: Contribute ideas and insights to shape the centre’s annual Marketing Plan.
- Budget Support: Assist with the preparation and management of the annual marketing income and expense budget. This includes sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, generating accruals, and supporting reforecasting.
- Agency & Supplier Management: Partner with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets, event services, and campaigns—on time and within budget.
- Customer Insights: Leverage data, insights, and listening tools to understand customer needs and inform marketing strategies and event planning.
- Customer Experience Support: This is a hands-on role involving direct customer interaction. You’ll also support the broader asset team with day-to-day centre operations as needed.
This position does require you to be part of a duty management roster where you will be required to work on a weekend roster, approximately once/twice weekend day a month.
What sets you apart
We’re seeking a passionate marketer who’s driven to create standout customer experiences. You thrive in a dynamic, high-performing environment and bring creativity, commitment, and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
Here’s what makes you shine:
- Ideally, you have experience across both activations and digital marketing. However, if you specialise in one area and are eager to broaden your expertise, we’d still love to hear from you.
- You’re a thoughtful listener who takes time to understand customer needs, using insights to guide decisions that keep the customer at the heart of every action.
- You take ownership of your work, consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, and set high standards through your attention to detail and drive for excellence.
- While formal qualifications in Marketing or a related field are valued, it’s your genuine passion for creating meaningful customer connections that truly sets you apart
